After collecting your luggage proceed outside to the Commissionaires Booth located at POST `B` Tell them you have a Limousine waiting from Elly8.com Limousine and give them your last name. They will call us and we will pull up within minutes. If there is any issues simply call us at 647-667-7689. Q. What is the process after you arrive at (YTZ) Billy Bishop Island Airport (City Airport) A. If we are picking you up on the mainland side simply catch the ferry across the channel then call us at 647-667-7689 upon arriving at the mainland and the driver will pull up to the front of the terminal to meet you. NOTE - The driver may give you further instructions on how to proceed. OR A. If we are picking you up on the island side we will be waiting inside the terminal near where you are exiting the plane. The driver will have a sign board with your name on it. Simply identify yourself to the driver and they will take you to the vehicle where you will then cross the channel on the ferry from inside the vehicle. They will call us and we will pull up within minutes. If there is any issues simply call us at 647-667-7689. Q. What happens if my flight is delayed or I have time delaying issues with luggage or customs at the airport. A. Not a problem. We will wait as long as we know you have arrived at the airport so we request that you call us at 647-667-7689 to confirm you are being delayed. Wait time will begin 15 minutes after your domestic flight landed, or 30 min after a U.S. or International flight landed. Wait fees will be charged in 30 minute increments after the initial wait period has expired. Failure to contact us for missed flights will result in the full run charge plus wait time. Q. What happens if I am late for my scheduled pick up. (Does not apply to airport pick ups) A. Not a problem. We will wait up to 30 min for you to arrive, after which we will assume you have made alternate plans, and you will be billed for the missed run plus the wait time. We will however wait as long as you request provided you contact and advise us at 647-667-7689 of your wishes. There is no charge for the first fifteen minute wait period, however any wait that extends beyond that will be charged in thirty minute increments. |
